Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Design work will begin within 1-2 business days. Once complete, your order will be "shipped" via email to the email address listed on your Etsy account.
I received a shipping notification, but haven't received an email?
• Check your spam/junk folder. Emails sometimes default there depending on your provider.
• Check to make sure the email address listed on your Etsy account is current. If you have an outdated email listed, please send me an Etsy message so the order can be forwarded to the correct email address.
How do I send you the details and/or photo for my order?
• When viewing your "shopping cart" there will be a box where you can leave notes. Please leave the required details here, so they are submitted with your order.
•For photo items, please send your high resolution, uncropped photo via etsy message or email to sweetbeeteaboutique@gmail.com

• If I happen to get to your order first, I will send you an Etsy message requesting the info I need to get started on your order.
Are the digital files EDITABLE files?
No, the digital files you will receive are NOT editable. If you are looking for something specific, please send me an Etsy message to discuss setting up a custom order.
Can I change the wording?
Most wording requests can be accommodated free of charge. Changes requiring a large amount of re-design will incur a fee. Please send me an Etsy message prior to purchase to discuss any upcharges or delayed turn around times.
Can I change the colors?
• Most color requests can be accommodated free of charge. Changes requiring a large amount of reformatting will incur a fee. Please send me an Etsy message prior to purchase to discuss any upcharges or delayed turn around times.
• Note: clipart/graphics may not be editable
What kind of paper should I print on?
• Invitations and coordinating accessories should be printed on WHITE CARDSTOCK.
• The cardstock finish (matte, gloss, etc) is up to you, but different finishes do result in different looks. It's always best to print a sample if you are unsure about what finish you'd like.
Where should I print?
•Home - as long as you have a decent photo printer
•Photo labs - Walgreens, CVS, Sam's Club, etc.
•Copy centers - Office Depot, Staples, Fed-Ex Kinkos, etc.
•Online printing companies - Shutterfly, etc.
Before you decide on a printer, check product availability & pricing. Each business offers a variety of services, such as same day printing, trimming, mounting, etc. And keep your eyes peeled for special offers and coupons. Sometimes it's more cost effective to allow a service to take care of the printing for you.
If the printer you choose requires a certain size and/or file type, no problem! Just contact me and i will make the necessary adjustments with no extra charge.
