All Stencils and cutters are made to order just for you.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order process in addition to shipping.

I don't process orders during weekends. All orders received on Friday will be processed on the next Monday.

**Holidays may create additional delays for process and delivery of your order.**

Please note, I don't offer express shipping!

Returns and exchanges

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK THE RIGHT SIZE STENCIL FOR YOUR PROJECT AS I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, NO EXEPTIONS.

Due to the culinary nature of our products, all orders are final sale.

In the event of any problems after receiving your order, please let me know asap PRIOR to use the items and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

*** Please make sure that Your Shipping address is correct.
BUYER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THE ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Once an order is shipped ,it's totally out of my control and there is nothing that I can do to update a shipping label !
If your order is returned to us due to there being a wrong address, I will refund the order minus original shipping OR ship them out again, BUT you will have to pay for shipping for the second time as well.
If you choose a refund instead, I will refund the order MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING once I have the shipment back to my office in Quebec.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME TO :
Canada : Standard delivery is up to 14 business days (excluding process time).
Holidays may create additional delays.
Shipped with Chitchats /CANADA POST.
Shipping cost is what we are charged to ship the order to you. All shipments are tracked and insured.
I don't ship using a non-tracked service! Thanks for understanding.

USA : 3 to 10 Business days (excluding process time) SHIPPED WITH USPS first-class mail.
**Delivery may be longer depending of the process time by your customs.
I don't offer any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs.
-PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible if your stencils does not get to you by the day that you need it . No refund will be offered for delayed delivery. Once shipped it's out of my control.

Other countries SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Deliveries to any other country than USA and Canada can be up to 6 weeks. (may be longer from October to January due to the holidays). Please note: I am not responsible for delays from the postal services and customs.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
