Shipping and Deliver

We are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items! No Exceptions!
You will receive a email with the tracking number when the item(s) have shipped. Please note that once your package has been received by the Post Office, UPS center, DHL, FedEx, etc we are no longer responsible for it's delivery. Sweet Dixie Girl is NOT responsible for items sent to the wrong address. I cannot stress this enough - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. Also be SURE that you have a safe delivery spot has been established with your delivery man. Your item will be shipped to the address listed on the order so please double check to make sure it is correct. Thank you

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfillment process/change order details once submitted.

With that being said, I will never able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the actual process of fulfillment, have tracking information and/or are in transit.

Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?

Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it has been handed off for transit either by myself or by one of my printing partners.

Please allow 24-72 hrs for initial scans to reflect in the tracking.

“Pre-Transit” does not mean that your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier.

Reaching out to the carrier (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process. Your patience is appreciated!

Please allow 10 full business days (US orders) of no tracking update(s) before assuming a package is missing.
