Due to these items being downloadable, items cannot be returned.
Can I get a custom or personalized order?
Absolutely! We offer custom designs for banners, invitations, and more. Please be sure to purchase the correct listing labeled “Custom.” Pre-designed listings are intended for personal customization by the customer.
Do I need a canva account?
Yes, you need a Canva account to edit a template, even a free one, because editing requires saving the work to your account.
Does it cost to use Canva?
Canva is a free online design platform that offers both free and premium features. While you can access and edit your purchased design using the free version, certain elements—such as specific images, fonts, or graphics—may require additional purchases. These costs apply only if you choose to add premium content outside of the original design. Please note that this policy is set by Canva and is not associated with my shop.
How do I access my digital order?
All digital orders include a downloadable PDF document containing a clickable link to access your purchased items. Please make sure you download the PDF.
Where is my banner?
