Nature around us

Good day!
Thank you for visiting my shop.
I am live in a beautiful country Ukraine, in it's west part. I think I am very lucky because here we are surrounded by gorgeous fields, rivers, lakes, and forests. In half an hour drive from my city one can find famous Tunnel of Love (See photo above!).

My family loves to go camping, we are having fun time spending in the wild. While camping I often by myself gather flowers, leaves, berries, and other floral components for my works to carefully and with care dry them at home. All beauty in my works that each comes out totally unique just as each flower and leaf is unique by itself. You are going to have one of the kind jewelry with exclusive patterns and details. To preserve natural color try to keep jewelry away from the direct UV light and it will bring joy to you for long time. Beautiful pieces that bring nature closer to you. Little elements of nature that are always with you even in midst of big city life.

Also I am inviting you to visit Ukraine. We have mountains, endless forests. beautiful lakes, healthy mineral waters, and places offering popular now green tourism. Also we have preserved native culture sites and trades.

I use only materials with good quality. I make my jewelry with quality that I would like to wear myself. I always check my work in the end.

Additional Policies

~Gift wrapping~
I'm happy to ship my items as gifts just inform me with the name and address of the recipient and a brief message to include with the item for no additional charge.

~Custom work~
I'm happy to do custom work to satisfy you desires regarding shape, color, or any special materials you want to see in a special order just for you.

~How to take care~
It is always good to take care of your jewelry. I recommend to store it in a jewelry box embedded with velvet, away from sunlight.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
- If the item you have purchased, does not meet your expectations, you can send it back, please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item for approval and I will write you returning address. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and providing returning tracking number.

* Return item must be post mark within 7 days of the delivered date: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original box/package, etc...

- Items that have been worn or damaged due to client negligence.
- Not in the same condition as it was shipped.
- Personalized item can not be returned. Which includes specific chain length or other kind of personalizations.
- Post mark more than 7 days from the original received date.
- Multiple orders (3+ items) or set of items.
- Vintage items.

* Please pack with care when shipping the item back, there will be 20% - 50% restocking fee if returned item in bad condition (scratched or broken).

* Refund will be issued, excluding shipping and handling fee, after I receive and check an item.

If you have any problems with making your payment, please let me know right away. If payment is not accounted for within 3 days and I do not hear from you, I will contact you. If I do not hear from you by day 5, I will assume you do not want the order and I will cancel the sale, and re-list the item.

* If you decide to cancel an order before shipping please note that PayPal comission and state taxes can't be returned.
I ship via USPS. Please choose shipping method you prefer.
Note! I will ship an item in time as stated in the listing, but I cannot make sure it will get on time to you.

- Approximate times of shipping:
- Domestic shipping times depends on a service you choose. Usually the longest arrival time about a week.
USPS Priority mail usually 2-4 days.
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- rest of World: 2-3 weeks
- delivery time may be delayed during peak holidays season, please plan 3 weeks ahead of time.

- Items are carefully packed in individual packing and shipped in a cardboard box or special postal packets.

--- Tracking ---
All packages are sent via registered mail, so you will see a tracking number.
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in USA.

--- Incorrect address ---
Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account. Please ensure that your Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

--- Unclaimed package ---
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to tracktheir package progressively in a case of ► ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets return to me as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by the buyer. Refund of the product amount (i.e. minus the shipping fee) can be arranged.

--- Lost package ---
It is rare that an order gets lost. Your patience is appreciated while waiting for the package. It might take a longer time if it is held at the customs. You should always contact your local post office to check on any attempted delivery.

You may contact me for investigation and I will submit your case to the post offices for inquiry. As I am not accountable for any lost package, any compensation is determined by the post offices and any refund/re-delivery will be made only upon confirmation from the post offices.

Also, I CANNOT be held responsible for not receiving when the tracking shows DELIVERED. You may contact your mailman, neighbor or family members to see if they hold the package for you.

--- Cancellation ---
You may request for cancellation BEFORE shipment. Once an order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We ship our works in burlap gift bags (most resin works) and in the gift boxes. We do offer additional gift wrapping with wrap paper for items shipped in the gift boxes.

Adding notes to the package when bought as a gift

If you are buying an item as a gift you can add a greeting note to the package. Just let us know a short message you want to include to the package.

Handmade resin works

We do our best to represent the work, but since we are as much as possible are shop with authentic hand made items there are chance of minor imperfections that do not stand out on photos.
Please leave a space for an error as those works aren't mass produced by machines, rather created one by one with our hands, imagination, and love we hold for the nature inspired resin jewelry.
