Frequently asked questions
Do I need Photoshop to edit the templates?
For listings stating they're for Photoshop, Yes. You must have Photoshop or Elements and have an intermediate knowledge of the respective software to edit our templates. There is a tutorial available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWGw2gkGaUI&t=152s
Good news, though! We are adding many Canva templates to our shop, so PS isn't needed for ALL of them.
How do I recieve my template?
You will be sent an email from Etsy shortly after your purchase that will contain a download link to your files.
You can also access your files within your Etsy account by navigating to: You -> Purchases and Reviews --> your files will be available here.
I didn't read the listing! Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products all sales are final. Please read each listing thoroughly before checking out.
Do you create custom templates?
We are not taking custom template orders at this time.
Will you edit the template for me?
As much as I'd love to help I'm currently devoting my time to creating new items for the Sweet Little Muse shop. I'm not currently offering an editing service.
Do you include fonts with my order?
Due to copyright laws I'm not able to include font files with your download. All free font download links are provided in the document entitled "fonts" in your download folder. Please read each listing carefully as occasionally some wording may be provided as an image if a premium font was used (ie - cannot edit that particular text).
What version of Photoshop do I need?
Most newer templates will not work with very old versions of Photoshop. It is best to have the most recent version to use our templates.
Can I edit the templates on a phone or tablet?
No. You'll need the full version of Photoshop that is available on a computer only.
