I will not pay for shipping on any returned item unless it's fault of my own. Knock on wood I have never had any issue or a return in my 7 years of online selling.

I have direct checkout and accept pay-pal which is the fastest method for both parties. I do offer payment by check and MO, but please note that this method of payment does take longer for me to process. I have to wait for the check to arrive and to clear. Money Orders are usually faster methods. With payment by check if I do not receive the check within 12 days I will cancel your order. If your paying with check please advise me of this at purchase.

Most larger plates are heavy the 5" diameter are the only lightweight plates shipping will be less on these.

I use First Class shipping on most fabric items that weigh under a pound. This does not include tracking or insurance. Items shipped through first class typically arrive within 3-6 days of being mailed.

I use Parcel Post for everything else unless it's similar priced to send faster. If you want me to send Priority please let me know before or after purchase so I can invoice you the extra charges if there is any. If you would like tracking or insurance please let me know and I can invoice you the charges via pay-pal. If I get to the post office and it's only a touch more to ship priority I always do it. I like fast shipping too!

All orders Parcel Post and Priority to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have extra charges and will be invoiced prior to shipping.

International orders please send me a message BEFORE you purchase the item, and we can talk about those rates charges and any other fees with customs .

I pack all my glass and breakable items with extra large bubble warp. I mail all fabric puppets in bubble mailers. All other items are packed and tagged to perfection and 7 years I have never had an issue with shipping date..woo hoooo

I do like to use new boxes especially for glass and breakables for durability while shipping...I try and use recycled shipping materials to keep cost low and be as green as possible. xoxo
