They are so soft and comfortable. They do crease if folded for an extended time, so if you are looking for a flawless (wrinkle-free) set to gift or wear, I would recommend steaming them after a quick wash and air dry.

5 out of 5 starsDidn't need customer service. Robes for wedding party arrived as indicated. They are so nice, thick, and beautiful satin. I read the reviews and chose this seller but still had no idea how nice they would be. I ordered the brides from the "website" where the bridesmaids dresses were ordered ..does not compare to this quality or length. I reordered the brides today from this seller. Look no further, you will be greatly pleased.

I am petite, can I order kids size robes?
NO, please don't. Kids size are meant for kids, the sleeve width and length is very small, if you are an adult, even if you are a petite girl, please order our one size, there is an inner tie so you can adjust the tightness. There are details in the listing with measurement so we do not take any exchanges returns due to size and fit.

In order to make the ordering process easier and more clear, we have separated it to a different listing, so don't forget to add that to the cart too. 🌿Missing Packages
We are sorry, this unfortunate event happens sometimes. Once the package is shipped, it is up to USPS to deliver it safely and on time, if any package is missing or lost, please contact your local USPS directly, they can help you locate on your package. And we are sorry once the item is shipped, we are unable to accept any return/ refund for any lost/ stolen/ missing packages.

As stated in the shop policy, all items are final sale. If you encounter any problem, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrived. Any items that have issues after 7 days of the arrival date, we are sorry we are unable to take the case.
For any item that made an exception for returns/ exchanges, there will be a 35% restocking fee + $15 initial shipping fee applied for returns. For exchange, it is not free exchange ,customer will be responsible for return shipping and the re-send shipping.
