I also offer one of a kind mixed media, collage and vintage paper journal ephemera . > As an artist I love giving new life and purpose to antique or vintage salvaged castoff items that have good bones. I creatively restyle these items, ( changing there appearance ) this often requires my having to add or remove certain parts in order to complete my vision. I use the best materials along with my own hand mixed chalk paint recites, faux painting techniques, ageing and distressing methods.

My Journey To Etsy

I have over 50 years experience as a decorative artist and antique dealer. Over those many years I have sold my work at numerous art shows ,markets, department stores and shops through out the country. Weary of traveling for so many years I opened my own shop in my home town of Grand Rivers Ky. a lovely little tourist town in Western Ky. Over the years I have had to give up some things I love because of age, I now, sell only on Etsy. At age 82 I still get to create and work with the things I love and always excited to try something new ( change is good ), I just have fun, no pressure or deadlines. My motto is if you rest,you rust.
