The chocolate was rich, smooth, and high quality, while the caramel was perfectly soft and chewy with just the right touch of sea salt. Every bite tasted fresh and beautifully handcrafted. I also have to mention the outstanding customer service. There was an issue with another item in my order during shipping, and the seller went above and beyond to make it right. It’s clear they truly care about both the quality of their products and their customers’ experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this shop again. Highly recommend!

My order arrived beautifully packaged, and while a few of the matcha cookies were unfortunately damaged during shipping, the seller responded with incredible kindness and professionalism. They quickly made things right by sending a thoughtful replacement, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. The level of customer service truly stood out and showed how much they care about their customers. It’s rare to find a seller who goes above and beyond like this. I would absolutely order from this shop again and highly recommend them!
