I work very hard to create unique designs. I also understand that you work very hard for your money.

However, due to the nature of digital products and personalized items, refunds or exchange are not possible. If you have any problems, please convo message me, and include your Etsy transaction no. so that we can work out an agreeable solution.

Printing is your responsibility. I will not be held responsible for poor printing quality since that depends on the printer and variables that are beyond my control.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT A SAMPLE BE PRINTED BEFORE SENDING ALL TO PRINT.

All personalized items are emailed to your Etsy email account (please ensure this is accurate), please check your "JUNK" or "SPAM" folders of your email account if you have not received them. Larger files may be sent to you via WeTransfer (as they are too large to email), and a download link will be emailed to you.

Instant download listings are just that .. instant! Once you complete checkout, you will be directed to a download link.

YES, I CAN CHANGE COLORS, FONTS AND WORDING FOR YOU! All customizations are subject to cusomtization fees – please ask.

Once you have decided on a printable design, add all of your items to your cart. During checkout there is a section labeled "Note to Seller" - this is where we prefer to receive your personalzation details.

If you miss the section or do not have all of your info handy at checkout, you can message me via Etsy with your information and we will attach it and update your order.

Once you have everything paid for, I will process your files within my standard turnaround time (orders are processed first in - first out). Be aware of time zone differences – I am one person and do not work 24/7.

Most orders are processed within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated). Minimum order turnaround is 24 hours – and will require a RUSH FEE – please ask.

Your purchase will be emailed to your ETSY email.

WE CAN NOT BEGIN YOUR ORDER UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR PERSONALIZATION DETAILS. Files are NOT editable unless stated otherwise. Please read directions in each listing carefully and add your party information to the "Note to Seller" section at checkout.

Once payment AND the above details have been received, production on your purchase will begin.

Once your order is processed, I will email you the completed files. It is important to note that everything will be sent to the email address that you have on file with Etsy (please be sure to check and make sure it is correct).


FILE TYPES (Invitations): One high resolution JPEG file. This file type is great if you plan to upload to an online photo lab, print on 5x7 or 6x4 photo paper or if you plan to e-mail your invitation to guests AND one high resolution printable PDF (2 x invites per 8.5" x 11" page). This file type is best if you are printing at home or if you plan to print at Office Depot, Staples, Kinko's, etc.

Please don't view PDF and JPG files on smart phones or iPads – these devices will not display the colors correctly. You need to open and print these files from a computer using the latest version of Acrobat Reader: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Different monitors display colors differently. Please allow for color variations on the final printed product. I will not be held responsible for poor printing quality since that depends on the printer and variables that are beyond my control.
