****IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES****
The auto-generated shipping times seen on the listings or upon placing an order, are provided by Etsy and are general and not specific to your order. Because we take orders for different event dates over a span of months at a time we cannot change it to reflect the exact shipping for each order. I ship according to the event date discussed with my customers that way not only do your cookies arrive on time but they are as fresh as possible.

PLEASE READ:

Sweet Setups is a husband and wife shop. Hubby bakes, ships, and delivers and I decorate, ship, customer relations, and everything in between. We also have our own family and just like you, we're trying to navigate the world in its current state.

I ask for some consideration during these times.
-My reservations book up very quickly. Currently, I book about 3-4 weeks in advance.
-I ask my VERY valued customers to please message me PRIOR to ordering. I might not have your date available.
-I ask for some patience in answering messages. With all my other responsibilities it might take me a little time to answer.
-I go over my new orders about every week or two due to being so busy. So PLEASE, PLEASE don't blindly place an order without reaching out or placing an order for an event in the next week. I might not have processed it yet and unfortunately, you'll be cookie-less.
-Finally, if your order is a go please verify that your address is correct when your purchase is made and that it's still correct and the event is still on one week prior to your event.

When ordering please consider the amounts needed. Even though I package as best as I can to ensure a safe delivery once the item is out of my hands it could be mishandled. Though it does not happen often it could lead to some items arriving broken. If excessive breakage occurs please contact us. Partial refunds will be made on a case by case basis with photo proof.
Since I ship according to the event date, to make sure your goodies are as fresh as possible, this doesn't leave much room to ship replacements. So, please consider ordering a few extra.
