BOOKING FOR DECEMBER 3rd AND ON/LAST 2 WEEKS OF DECEMBER CLOSED/PLEASE MESSAGE FIRST/READ BELOW!!!
PLEASE READ:
Sweet Setups is a one-woman shop. I bake, decorate, ship, customer relations, and everything in between. I also have my own family and just like you, I'm trying to navigate the world in its current state.
My shop had some difficult times during the past year and its "New Normal" is always changing. I'm so fortunate and blessed to have amazing customers and your support means the world to my family and me.
I ask for some consideration during these times.
-My reservations book up very quickly. Currently, I book about 6 to 8 weeks in advance.
-I ask my VERY valued customers to please message me PRIOR to ordering. I might not have your date available.
-I ask for some patience in answering messages. With all my other responsibilities it might take me a day or so to answer.
-I go over my new orders about every week or so. So PLEASE, PLEASE don't blindly place an order without reaching out or place an order for an event in the next week. I might not have processed it yet and unfortunately, you'll be cookie-less.
-Finally, if your order is a go please verify that your address is correct when your purchase is made and that it's still correct and the event is still on one week prior to your event. It's impossible for me to keep track of closures in everyone's area due to COVID, issues with hurricanes, snowstorms, fires, divorces, or moving, etc.
Many, many thanks for your understanding, and thanks for making it this far through my message =) Thank you for your support of small businesses, and of me and my family as well. I wish everyone health, safety, and clarity during this unpredictable season.

When ordering please consider the amounts needed. Even though I package as best as I can to ensure a safe delivery once the item is out of my hands it could be mishandled. Though it does not happen often it could lead to some items arriving broken. Since I ship according to the event date, to make sure your goodies are as fresh as possible, this doesn't leave much room to ship replacements. So, please consider ordering a few extra.
Please take your time and browse through my shop. I hope you find something you really like. Many of my items have matching goodies or could be made to match to coordinate with your theme. I also love custom orders!!!!!

Each cookie was individually bubble wrapped on top of bubble wrap around them all to ensure no breakage would happen in transit and not one was broken. And the detail on these cookies were perfect. I would recommend them 100% everyone at my daughters party loved them.

PLEASE READ:
Announcements for our customers concerning events effected by the COVID-19 virus.
We know everyone is concerned with the COVID-19 virus spreading. As a small business, we understand your concerns completely and we want you to know the following.
-We will honor your event for another date as long as the date is available.
-If you decide to change the event altogether we will give you a credit for the equal value that will be redeemable prior to 1 year of the original event date.
-Total cancellations and refunds must be done 14 days prior to the event date as I may have started with prep work or purchased supplies. Due to the unique and overwhelming circumstances placed on my little shop, I ask that you please give me up to 30 days to issue your refund. They will be processed in the order each request was received.

Shipping
Please keep me up to date with any change of plans or situations. I can't be held responsible for shipping items to areas closed due to COVID, hurricanes, fires, old addresses, divorces, etc. So please make sure your address is correct now and during the time of your event.
The current turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks. Please provide your event date so I may send out your treats accordingly. Treats are shipped out Saturday through Wednesday to allow adequate time for delivery and for the treats to arrive fresh.
