You will receive an email from Etsy within a few minutes of your purchase. Simply click on the link provided in the email, and it will take you to the download link within the Etsy website. If you cannot find the email right away, try checking your spam folder. You can also download your files directly from your Etsy account by going to the "Purchases and reviews" section.

During business days we will respond to messages as quickly as possible (typically within a couple of hours.) Messages received on weekends or holidays will be responded to on the next business day.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive on a regular basis for customization, we are no longer able to accommodate custom orders. We offer editable versions of a variety of our templates to allow our customers to customize the colors, fonts, and text as often as they'd like without the additional fees or extra time waiting for a custom order. Our editable templates are clearly marked on the main product photo with an "Editable" sticker.

Before sending a message, please check your device settings and/or printer settings to be sure that everything has been set up properly. Printing issues are often the result of printer set up errors or human error, rather than the file itself. If you continue to experience difficulties, please send us a message and we would be happy to help in any way we can!

Yes! We have DIY editable templates for several of our listings. Keep an eye out for the "Editable Template" sticker on the cover photos.

Due to the digital nature of all items in the shop, there are absolutely no refunds, as there as no physical products to return. Please be sure to READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS before purchasing a listing. Customers are responsible for reading descriptions and asking any necessary questions prior to making a purchase.
