While I have your attention if you dont like what you see, you can message me and get a custom designed order. We are selling a bunch of stuff from clothes to home decor and let's not forget about the blankets, rugs, handmade jewelry and donkey brain certificates.

If you would like a custom order please message me and I will see if I can make it for you. If I am designing an item for you I will require a non refundable deposit for my time.

NEWS NEWS NEWS. I'm sorry to inform you that there could be a delay on all orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Due to the weekend the work is sometimes haulted and orders get sent in on Tuesday. If you need something SOONER or by a certain date PLEASE MESSAGE ME to see if its possible before you complete your order.

PLEASE PLEASE make sure you CHECK your INFO before placing your order. I AM NOT responsible if an order was placed with the wrong info or address. If it does happen, please try and message me as soon as possible so I can try to fix it. If it cant be fixed I CAN NOT replace any item that was sent to the wrong address listed on your Etsy or something that was lost or stolen. If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered, but you haven’t received it, I am not able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. You will have to file a report with the delivery service. There is nothing I can do at that point. I'm sorry for the Inconvenience. But don't hesitate to message sometimes I can solve the issue but it is not always guaranteed.

Please read your orders carefully as some do require more info especially if its a personalized or a digital order.

I am NOT responsible for any customs fees for international shipping. So please check with your area to see if you will be charged extra. When ordering internationally take into consideration some things are shipped separately and you may have to pay multiple customs fees.

Last but not least the mail could be delayed during certain times of the year. So please be patient or message
me if you have any issues with it not arriving sometimes I can solve the issue but it is not always guaranteed.

Last but not least least. I am getting older in age and I may forget an item. Please please please message me with any issues. I'm fast to respond and I will do everything to fix any issues. Thank you for being a five star customer. I really appreciate the business during these trying times.
