Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently offer shipping to Japan ONLY.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Sweet Tellas ensures your cookies will be double wrapped with care so they do not come damaged, crumbled, or broken in any way. We always double check before and after packing the items.
Currently we do not offer gift wrapping but customers do have the option of sending gift notes with their gift orders.
Custom and personalized orders
Sweet Tellas does not currently accept custom orders. You can personalize your order if you are sending it as a gift by leaving a gift note. The notes will be on handwritten blank cards.
Do you ship everyday?
Sweet Tellas only ships Monday-Friday
What are your business days and hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 9-5. If you message us we will respond as soon as possible.
What are your refund and shipping policies?
Please double check your shipping address. Make sure that everything is included such as an apartment number, correct street information such as Drive, Circle, Road, East, North, Zip Code, etc. If your package is returned for any of these reasons, we are unable to refund your order or shipping fees. We use the highest quality natural ingredients so we recommend that you refrigerate your items upon receipt for optimal freshness. Our store policy is we are not responsible for the package condition or the location in which the carrier leaves a package. If you have any delivery issues, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. If your package is stolen again file a claim with the carrier and contact the police.
Shipping Issues
Once items are shipped and at the post office they are under the responsibility of USPS. Any issues with shipping must be handled within the postal service.
How many cookies do you sell per order?
We sell 12 cookies (a dozen) per order
Shipping Price
Etsy calculates the shipping prices. Shipping prices depend on the measurements of the box, weight of the box, and where it is going. Some states are more expensive to ship to. Such as California.
Are these cat treats?
NO!
My products are for human consumption only. I am a big animal lover especially cats. I wanted to be creative but also showcase my love for cats. That is why my logo is of a baker cat.
