Sweet Thing Expressions - say it with word art

Hi! I started my Sweet Thing Expressions business in January 2012. I have always enjoyed decorating my home with word art, but sometimes I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in stores. So I decided to create my own pieces. As my friends began to see the items in my home, they wanted some for themselves. This led to the creation of my business. I joined Etsy in May 2012 and have loved every minute of it!

I love getting to be creative, and also getting great ideas from my customers. Some of my favorite pieces have been custom orders. My customers are always introducing me to new sayings and phrases that I love to incorporate into my work.

I am a math teacher, so Sweet Thing Expressions gives me a chance to exercise my creativity. I am married and have two daughters in grade school, and this business lets me spend a lot of quality time with them while still doing something I love.
