Me resulta difícil cuando se trata de este tipo de cosas escribir sobre mí mismo... eeek, así que aquí no va nada. Im Becks, im momia a 2 hermosos bebés. Mi mayor tiene casi 3 años, Erin y su hermano pequeño Jacob, que acaba de llegar por 9 meses.
Mi 'hobby', como solía referirme a él, comenzó hace poco más de 3 años. Mi hermana enseñaba los conceptos básicos del ganchillo, y en el verdadero estilo 'becks' no era feliz solo haciendo las cosas simples. Tomé cada noche como una oportunidad para aprender algo nuevo o perfeccionar algo viejo. Todo esto fue en preparación para cuando llegó mi Erin. Mi primer gran proyecto fue una manta para bebés para ella, con la que estaba muy contenta. Luego dirigí mi atención a los sombreros, era la época del año y quería hacer algo a mi gusto en lugar de comprar en una tienda. Fue entonces cuando realmente encontré mi amor. A partir de entonces empecé a diseñar mis propios sombreros, hacer mis propios patrones y encontrar mi propio estilo.
2014 fue un año muy ocupado para mí, especialmente porque tuve a Jacob en abril. Espero traer algunos diseños nuevos a la mesa en 2015, así como continuar con mi amor por los sombreros, especialmente los de búho.

I find it difficult when it comes to these sort of things to write about myself...eeek, so here goes nothing. Im Becks, im mummy to 2 gorgeous babies. My eldest is nearly 3, Erin and her little brother Jacob who is just coming up for 9 months.
My 'hobby' as I used to refer to it started just over 3 years ago. My sister taught e the basics of crochet, and in true 'becks' style I wasn't happy just doing the simple things. I took every evening as an opportunity to learn something new or perfect something old. This was all in preparation for when my Erin arrived. My first major project was a baby blanket for her, which I was so pleased with. I then turned my attention to hats, it was the time of year and I wanted to make something to my taste rather that buying from a shop. That's when I truly found my love. From then on I started to design my own hats, make my own patterns and find my own style.
2014 was a really busy year for me, especially because I had Jacob in April. I hope to bring some new designs to the table in 2015, as well as continuing with my love for hats, the owl ones especially.
