I started Sweetened Simplicity Shop 8 years ago as a creative outlet (and of course make a little pocket money) when I had the chance to stay home with my son after having worked full time, I knew I needed something to keep my mind busy while he was at school! I have now returned to back to work but continue to make jewelry for my wonderful customers.
I love working with my hands and I knew I wanted to work with crystals. They fascinate me! Crystals and minerals are not only aesthetically pleasing, it is fun to learn their healing & spiritual properties. I love simple designs, I don't think things have to be "perfect" to be beautiful.

My goal is to share joy through my creations. I love creating and even more than that love knowing that it can bring joy to another person.
