Frequently asked questions

My print was damaged sometime during transit

If your print is damaged: tears, dents, folds, or other obvious defects, please send me a message with photo evidence of both the print and packaging. I’m willing to work with you and send a replacement!

I’m not responsible for damages done to the print outside of packing and shipping errors. It can be difficult to tell when or how the item was damaged, so photo evidence will help me decide what to do if your item comes to you in an undesirable condition.

What’s the process for making your prints?

All of my prints are digital! This means I draw them on my laptop with the use of a Wacom tablet (my preferred brand).

Once the art is created, and ready for purchase, it will be printed from a Canon PIXMA PRO printer on glossy paper!

Custom and personalized orders

At the moment, I do not do custom or personalized orders! When commissions open, I am more than willing to send you a print of your finished commission. :)

How do you choose what to turn into a print?

Whatever inspires me! And I think will make a great print. I tend to draw whatever I’m in the mood for, but a big part of it is what I’m currently hyper fixated on! I tend to bounce between fandoms now despite having started out strictly with BNHA prints!

Do prints come from a pet free home?

No! They do not!
I do own a cat, alongside the other cat and dog in the home.

Please be cautious if you suffer from allergies from cats or dogs! I do my best to ensure that the product is not exposed to the animals during the printing and packaging process.
