This order was not placed by mistake. The buyer first added the item to favorites in order to receive a discount, and then completed the purchase normally. After the purchase, the digital file was successfully delivered and downloaded, and the buyer had full access to the product. Only after using the file did the buyer request a refund, which is not possible for digital products once they have been accessed, according to Etsy’s policy. I always try to be fair and helpful to every customer, but digital items cannot be “returned” after they have already been received and used. I wish everyone a happy new year and many honest transactions.

5 out of 5 starsThis came up under dollhouse miniatures and I thought I was getting a tutorial on making miniature spaghetti and meatballs. It turned out to be just a recipe for making the real thing. This is my fault for not noticing and the shop kindly offered me a full refund.
