Payment
I accept payment by Paypal only. I do not ship items until payment is received, so please ensure you have fully completed your purchase: many find Etsy's checkout confusing to navigate, and forget to press the 'Pay With Paypal' button, which renders their transaction incomplete. If you are having problems, don't hesitate to contact me for help.

Shipping
I try to ship within three days of purchase (excluding weekends). Purchases will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, and for international items Airmail. Both these services have automatic insurance up to £30. I always obtain proof of posting and will assist purchasers with any claims for lost or damaged items. Such instances are extremely rare, and although I have had packages go astray, barring one, they have always turned up eventually. Generally inland packages will be delivered in 1-2 days. Airmail times differ - typically to the US they will take 7 - 10 days, but the odd one will be delayed by Customs or other agencies and will take up to 6 weeks. Please do not panic for at least 14 days. The Post Office recommends waiting 4 weeks before instituting claims.
Please be aware that most countries apply import duty to items bought out of country. It is a good idea to acquaint yourself with your country's rules and limits. Since it is an offence to make false statements regarding the nature and value of packages subject to duty, I will decline to do so when filling out the customs label. However I will be happy to ship items in separate packages in order to avoid your incurring customs charges, so please don't hesitate to ask.
