Digital files are products that are created and delivered electronically, such as PDFs, PNGs, or JPEGs. Digital downloads are products that can be purchased and accessed immediately after the purchase is made, without the need for shipping or physical delivery.
What kind of digital products do you offer?
I offer a variety of digital products including editable and printable templates, designs, and downloads for PERSONAL use. My products range from invitations, planner pages, to schedule templates, and more.
How do I access my digital download?
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a download link to access your files. You can also access your downloads by going to your Etsy account, clicking on "Purchases and Reviews," and then clicking "Download Files."
Can I edit the digital files?
Yes! Most of my digital products are editable, which means you can customize and change them to fit your needs. However, it is important to note that not all files that are offered in my shop are. Please thoroughly read the title and description to make sure the template you purchase is editable.
What kind of software do I need to edit the files?
No software is needed! You just need internet access and the ability to create a free account on Canva.com
Can I share the digital files with others?
No, all of my digital files are for personal use only and are not to be shared, resold, or redistributed in any way.
What if I have a problem with my digital download?
If you have any issues with your digital download, please contact me and I will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
