Do you make custom orders? Can I have it personalized?
I love custom orders!
That being said, custom orders are final sale.
How big are the banners?
The banner panels are 4" x 4" each, so your banner will be 4" times number of panels = the length of the banner.
How will the banners be packaged?
Each banner comes folded and enclosed in a plastic sleeve. I place a piece of cardboard in the envelope for protection and then seal the envelope with packing tape.
How long will a banner last?
All my banners are made from 100% acid-free paper. If taken care of they are re-useable and can be used at multiple events.
What materials do you use for the banners?
I use high-quality art paper/cardboard for each banner which is about 1/16 inches thick.
Most of the ribbons are sheer and 5/8 inch in width.
I use acid-free adhesive and ink.
The banners are of archival quality.
How are the tent cards packaged?
They come flat packed for cheaper shipping with score marks for easy folding at your event.
How long will my item take to get to me?
Estimated shipping times
Australia: 2-4 weeks
Canada: 4-12 business days
United States: 8-15 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Please note that these estimates are SHIPPING time which is on top of PROCESSING time. If you order on Friday or the weekend they are not included in the processing time.
If your event happens less than one month from the time of order, please contact me to see if it will arrive on time.
Does regular shipping come with tracking?
Regular shipping DOES NOT come with tracking for it is sent as letter mail. If you want it to be tracked you must select expedited shipping at checkout.
