HOW DOES A CUSTOM DIGITAL ORDER WORK?
• You will receive a PDF and/or JPEG(s) of your personalized design.
• Files are high resolution 300 dpi
.
• Choose size at checkout (if applicable).
• Print it yourself or upload to a printer of your choosing.
**Please note: no actual product will be shipped.**
HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I SHARE MY PHOTOS WITH YOU?
Please use Etsy conversations to send a single photo for birthday newspapers. For larger jobs with multiple photos, I will send a link for you to upload your photos.
WILL YOU PROOFREAD MY TEXT?
The text you provide will be copied and pasted into your poster / newspaper / album as provided. I encourage you to double and triple check your text before sending to Syncopation Design. We have the right to refuse excessive revisions.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DIGITAL FILES VERSUS PHYSICAL PRINT?
Digital files can be printed at your convenience, as many times as you like. There are no shipping fees. You choose a print service that fits your budget.
You can share on social media instantly! Surprise your loved one online.
Print the size you ordered or within the same aspect ratio, on the material you choose. Print at your local Walgreens, Staples, FedEx, UPS or print shop with RUSH service and you could potentially have your order printed the same day you approve your file from Syncopation Design.
Since the file is yours, you can print it multiple times. Create photo gifts with your digital prints; add them to photo books, print for place settings for parties.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Please refer to individual listings for turnaround times. If you need a faster turnaround time, please inquire. Please note: Rush orders CANNOT be cancelled.

You are welcome to print your digital file(s) for yourself or as a gift, but you CANNOT resell it in part or whole - either in a digital or printed format. All printable files are for personal use only. No commercial use or reselling is allowed also. Sharing via social media is allowed and we would love for you to tag us @syncopationdesign

Our personalized designs are custom order and created from the text provided by the customer. We encourage you to double check your text before sending to Syncopation Design. Please do not print until you have received your final, approved digital file. Syncopation Design is not responsible for any printing costs incurred due to errors.
