Fueled by Electronica, Nostalgia, and Curiosity
After building my first mechanical keyboard in 2020, I wanted to learn more about the hobby to not only push the capabilities of my new accessory but also to be part of a larger online community. That propelled me down the rabbit hole and I'm still digging.
I decided to open a shop in 2022 after creating my first macropad. I wanted to share everything I've learned with a larger audience, whether that be 3D printing, PCB design, soldering, graphic design, or resin casting. There are always new challenges to overcome and ideas to explore, but that's part of the fun and why mechanical keyboards have meant so much to me.
Each product you purchase from Synth and Keys is handmade inside a tiny home office in Boise, Idaho. My goal is to make keebs accessible for ~everyone~, no matter your background, equipment, budget, or application.
The best thing about this adventure is sharing it with people from around the world. If you ever want to chat - about keyboards, product ideas, synthwave, or anything else - I'm always available.
In the meantime, keep typing, keep creating, and keep being awesome.
