When you have ordered a product and need to send your photo or wording this can be done using the ETSY messaging option or you can sent to our email address "T2UDphotos@gmail.com"
Late Deliveries by Royal Mail
Our responsibility is to ensure that we get the package to you, its Royal Mails responsibility to deliver to a given time. We really understand how frustrating it is when you expect an order to arrive on a given date and it does not however we have no control over Royal Mail. As such we cannot give a refund when Royal Mail miss the delivery date. We will always ensure that if Royal Mail do not deliver the package because they have lost it that you get a replacement.
Wholesale availability
If you are interested in a bulk order or have a company design that you would like to have bulk produced please get in touch via ETSY. We can setup a custom ETSY order with your own pricing to reflect the quantity that you require.
International Orders
Each country has their own regulations for sending goods to consumers. Since its is not always possible for a small company to meet all of these requirements we may choose to cancel your order rather than send it if you have ordered from one of those countries.
