Custom and personalized orders
I am often asked if I can add a photo to a glass or mug. Yes! I am able to convert a photo or image into something that can be added to glassware & mugs. You need to send me a clear image of what you would like. I am then able to convert the file into an image that is compatible with my program.

Shipping Charges
If you are buying multiple items especially glassware and shipping seems off. Please message me. I have found that the combined shipping tool doesn't always calculate the lowest possible shipping price accurately.

Cancellation Details
I accept cancellations/refunds within 6 hours of purchase. For custom items if you fail to leave the customization information in the note to sellers section upon placement of order, than an 80% refund and cancellation will be given. I allow up to the 48 hours prior to the ship date to hear back from you on your specifications. I make every effort to contact my buyers. Please make sure to have etsy communication open and available when placing a custom order. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Sizing charts are available on all listings. Please read carefully. I will no longer accept returns or exchanges when ordering in error. I'm apologize but this has become an issue.
