Please Note: Handcrafted Means Unique
Due to the handcrafted nature of my designs, and the fact that every item is made at the time an order is placed, each will be unique. No two items are exactly alike and they may be slightly different than the product photos. This includes stainless steel clasps, ear wires, chains, and even packaging, as I am limited by the supplies I am able to procure at any given time. Every attempt will be made to make the product you receive be as close as possible to the product photo.
Communication
All buyer/seller communications must go through Etsy's internal messaging system, per Etsy's policies. Therefore, if a buyer sends me a direct email, I will respond via Etsy's messaging system, not via email. This is for both my and the customer's protection.
Why I Use Stainless Steel Chains With My Pendants
• Strength & durability – Stainless steel is strong, preventing breakage and lost pendants.
• No green necks – Other metals can react with skin and sweat, causing discoloration. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, so customers can wear it daily.
• Low maintenance – Stainless steel doesn’t require any special treatment to keep it looking good. It retains its shine with minimal care.
• Neutral contrast – Visually, the cool tone of stainless steel enhances the pendant’s color and makes it stand out, rather than disappearing into a tone-on-tone look.
• Allergy-friendly – Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, making it a safer option for sensitive skin.
Caring for Copper, Bronze, & Brass Jewelry
Copper, bronze, and brass will develop a darker patina over time, as that is the nature of these metals. This change in finish -- the resulting color AND how quickly it changes into that color -- will be influenced by many factors, including the interaction with your own unique skin chemistry. This makes your jewelry uniquely yours and gives it character -- it is NOT a defect.
Moisture is the biggest enemy of the initial bright, shiny finish. Never swim or shower with your jewelry on, and dry it thoroughly if it ever accidentally gets wet. Also, note that there is moisture in your skin and in the air. The resulting oxidation is normal and expected.

Custom and personalized orders
Please note that custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return. An order is considered customized if it's been modified in any way, including requesting a different length chain than is ordinarily included.
Returns
Please follow these steps:
1.) Contact me via Etsy messaging within 3 days of delivery to state your intent to return. Return item within 7 days of delivery.
2.) I prefer the return be shipped using USPS 1st-class package services, which includes tracking. If you use a different shipping provider, make sure it provides tracking.

4.) Send me the tracking number and the shipping provider through an Etsy message.
5.) Once I receive the package, the return will be processed. PLEASE NOTE: Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will reduce any refund due.
