1 out of 5 starsDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! I don’t think she has any intention of fulfilling orders. I submitted my order on October 17. Expected delivery by November 2. On November 3 I asked about the status of my order. She responded that she would have to check. A couple hours later I followed up. And she cancelled my ordered. I spent 2 weeks waited for an order I now believe was never intended to arrive. She waisted my time. I could have ordered from somewhere else in the mean time. I now have read many reviewed and many people seem to have the same problem. Etsy should close her shop as she appears to not actual provide any of the goods advertised and waists people’s time.

1 out of 5 starsI hate to leave this, but I never received my order and when I reached out to the seller for help I got one, “I’ll look into it” response and then never heard from them again after repeated follow-ups. Disappointed for sure.

Processing Time VS Shipping time. What does that mean?
PROCESSING TIME is calculated by business days, and includes prep, design, and creation time BEFORE your item leaves our shop.
SHIPPING TIME is the time in transit to you after your order leaves our shop. STANDARD shipping is estimated at 2-5 days, and PRIORITY shipping is normally 2-3 days. These are ESTIMATES only. We can not be held responsible for delays with the USPS once the item leaves our shop.
Do you accept RETURNS?
We do not accept Returns, HOWEVER if you have an issue with your item please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to discuss options. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS!!
