5 out of 5 starsThis item is well made and very heavy. The screws included would not hold it to my plaster walls. I wish it came with a frame like the other board that I bought. Once it went up I could see that it's going to be a great addition to my grandsons' sleepover room. The store's owner was very prompt answering my questions. The item came well packed, with no torn or punched in holes from shipping on the inner or outer boxes. I've also purchased the light board with the acrylic pegs, it has a frame. I would recommend this store.

5 out of 5 starsI was surprised with the delivery arrived the next day. The first item arrived with a broken part. It could be because of a heavy thrown from a height. WenCheng responded and replaced the item promptly. Amazing customer service and appreciated it. They also have better quality compared to other Amazon sellers.
