Digital downloads: because the files are delivered instantly, I can't offer returns or refunds once they've been downloaded. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what the listing described, message me and I'll fix it or make it right.

What do I get when I buy?
A zip of print-ready PDFs. Every design comes as A5, A4, A3 and A2, and moon designs include all four colourways (Colour, Black & White, Noir Gold, Noir Silver). It's a digital download, so nothing is posted to you.
Where do I find my files after buying?
Straight after payment Etsy shows a Download button, and Etsy emails you a link too. You can always get them again from You → Purchases and reviews on etsy.com. Downloading on a computer is easiest.
Can I download on my phone?
Yes. On iPhone, tap Download, then open the zip in the Files app and tap it to unzip. On Android, open it in the Files app. If it's fiddly, download on a computer instead and send the PDF to your printer or print shop from there.
How do I print it at home?
Open the PDF for your size and print at Actual size (100%), not Fit to page. A5 and A4 look best on matt photo paper or 200gsm+ card. Choose the best quality setting.
Where can I get A3 or A2 printed?
Any local print shop or online print service can print straight from the PDF. Ask for matt or satin poster paper, 200gsm or heavier. Give them the PDF, not a screenshot.
Will it look sharp at A2?
Yes. All lettering and linework is vector, so it stays crisp at any size, and the moon artwork is rendered for large prints.
What frame size do I need?
The PDFs are standard A sizes, so they fit off-the-shelf A frames: A5 (14.8 × 21 cm), A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). A frame with a mount one size up also works, e.g. an A3 frame with a mount for an A4 print.
Can I buy a printed poster from you?
Not at the moment. Everything is a digital download, so you can print at the size and on the paper you like, at home or at any print shop.
What makes a limited edition?
Each limited design is capped at 50 sales and never relisted. Each moon design is one dated full moon seen from one city, so it genuinely can't come round again.
Will a sold-out edition come back?
No. When the 50 are gone, that design is retired for good. That's the whole point of the edition.
