The Fit Folio is operated by Falak Naz, based in Pakistan.
This Privacy Policy explains how and when I collect, use, share, and retain personal information when you purchase a product from The Fit Folio, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.
This policy applies only to information that I receive or process in connection with The Fit Folio. It does not apply to the privacy practices of Etsy or other third-party services that I do not own or control. Etsy processes your information according to its own Privacy Policy.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT
To process your order and provide customer support, Etsy may provide me with certain information, including:
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Etsy username
• Your billing or transaction information
• Details of the digital product you purchased
• Information contained in messages you send through Etsy
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide when requesting support or asking a question
I do not receive or store your complete credit card, debit card, PayPal, Payoneer, bank account, or other payment credentials. Payments are processed by Etsy and its authorized payment providers.
Because The Fit Folio sells digital products, I do not normally require a postal address to deliver an order. However, Etsy may make certain billing, location, tax, or transaction information available where necessary.
Please do not send sensitive medical information, health records, identification documents, passwords, or payment details through Etsy Messages. The Fit Folio’s products are general educational resources and do not require personal medical information.

Etsy Messages will not be used to send unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotions.

Etsy is independently responsible for the international transfer and protection measures used within Etsy’s own systems.
