Seller claims to have "designed and created" a versatile cap for water bottles. No. This is literally just a cap off your average water bottle with a hole in it. Nothing was designed or created. Save a few caps from your bottles and punch a hole in them for FREE. I used a drill press. Took me 15 minutes to make a handful. I would never charge people money for them. Wanted something made for this as a gift for my mother rather than just putting holes in some caps so I purchased. Little did I know... Waste of time and money. Didnt respond when I tried to resolve so I had to file a claim. And the seller is SO unprofessional. My message sure wasnt full of kittens and rainbows but I was misleaded by the false advertising and short a gift. Learn how to speak to unhappy customers. Was going to spare you of a review until I read that.
