How do you take care of olive wood?
To clean or wash your olivewood products do so only by hand and with warm water and soap. Never submerge in water and do not put items in the dishwasher. After drying naturally the wood may look dull – and a little like it is losing its grain – but this can be corrected with simple olive oil.
Is Olive Wood Hard?
Olive wood is very hard, strong and durable. It is deep brown in color with strong, oil-like grain patterns that are a beautiful distinguishing feature: no two olive wood products are identical. In addition, olive wood has natural antibacterial properties.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, due to the personalized and permanent nature of our custom laser-engraved products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is engraved specifically for you, making it one-of-a-kind and non-resalable.
What If There's an Issue?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it—whether that's a replacement, partial refund, or another solution. Etsy’s policies also protect buyers in these cases, so feel free to open a case if needed.
