Can I cancel my order?
All cancellations request must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once an item has been queued for production, we are unable to cancel/adjust the order. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made.
Can I return/exchange my order?
All items are made to order, therefore no refunds/exchanges will be granted for any reason. However, if there's an error on our part, we will fix the issue.
What if my item was received damaged?
In the event your item has arrived damaged or defective you must inform us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered. Please message us via the Etsy messaging system and provide a photo of the damaged item. A replacement for the exact item will be issued (no refunds or exchanges will be issued). The original item will need to be mailed back to us before the replacement can be issued.
Wear and tear
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use of an item. Normal wear and tear of an item is not considered as defective therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Common examples of wear and tear include colors fading, cracked, abrasions or damage from being dropped.
Incorrect Address
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We will be unable to edit an address after 1 hour of purchase as the item will already be in que for production. So please verify you entered the correct address during checkout (that includes apartment & suite numbers). We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
Package Delivery
We are unable to replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered in any circumstances, even if you haven't received them. We will try to assist you as much as possible. Please check with your local post office for assistance. Tracking numbers and provided once the item has been shipped.
