I live in southwest Michigan with my wife Kelly. My addiction - or should I say affliction - is anvils, hammers, and all the things that go with blacksmithing. My passion is working with my hands, sculpting beauty out of something ordinary, seeing something for more than what it is. To say that it is me against the iron with the help of my friends, my anvils and my hammers, would be correct. One true happiness in life is being able to do the things that I am passionate about and for that I am a blessed man.

Kelly and I enjoy the great outdoors, including camping, hiking, canoeing, biking, fishing, hunting and traveling.
