Cyril is fabulous to work with. It was a Christmas gift and my son was thrilled with it. If you are looking at Tynarium dont look any further you will love this product.

Cyril is wonderful to work with, very responsive and always responded to emails within a day or two. The tynarium is absolutely gorgeous and the craftsmanship is specatular.

Even though I didn't able to see how the actual product look like because everything inside got mess up during the shipping, but the seller was being really nice and tell me how to fix it. But im pretty sure it look really nice! If you are going to get this as a gift and you are living in US, you might need to order it early because mine got held up for a really long time.

It was really worth it!
