Item quality was very good, we were able to customize it however we wanted which was lovely! However, shipping took a while (which is fine as we were not in a rush), and then the socks ultimately came in the wrong size. We asked the socks to be reshipped in the correct sizes and unfortunately the seller was unable to do this and simply refunded instead. A little bit disappointing as this was meant to be for a wedding and we would have prioritized having the correct items over a refund.

Everything about them is great, the quality, etc! Made exactly to my request and they look amazing. Love that I was sent a picture of a mock-up to be able to request changes before item was just shipped! Husband is going to love them!

The item was what I expected. We loved it. The only problem has been with shipping. Being international, the shipping times were not even close to those stipulated. It has arrived almost a month and a half late. Everything would have gone better if a tracking number had been sent that the seller did not have. Even thinking that it could have been lost, she did not give me any problem in putting a solution. In any case, the product was certainly what was expected and we love it.
