Quando comecei essa loja, escolhi o nome TableauBotanique porque significa foto de flor em francês e pensei que estaria fazendo cartões de flores prensados. Um Gêmeo, no entanto; acha difícil focar em apenas uma coisa... então eu também comecei a vender fotos antigas e outras tarifas vintage.
Adoro os tipos de latas e fotos do armário. Quero entrar em todas as fotos, como no romance de Jack Finney, onde ele é transportado de volta no tempo. Passo muito tempo procurando as fotos e cartões postais mais interessantes e bonitos.

When I started this shop , I chose the name TableauBotanique because it means flower picture in French and I thought I would just be making pressed flower cards. A Gemini, however; finds it hard to focus on just one thing...so I also started selling antique photos and other vintage fare.
I love the tintypes and cabinet photos. I want to walk into every picture - like in the Jack Finney novel where he is transported back in time. I spend a lot of time searching for the most interesting and beautiful photos and postcards.
In any event, my pressed flower cards are now in my other etsy shop - www.etsy.com/shop/FrenchBluePaperie - along with my photo cards and assemblages. Please note that I am selling original images, but I retain copies to use in my greeting cards.
