I am open to custom orders, including (but not limited to) custom art prints, phone case, stickers, and t-shirts. If I do not already have a custom order listing that suits your needs, please contact me and I'll see what we can work out. Please note I am not comfortable creating art of someone else's intellectual property (e.g. no copyrighted characters).

At the current time, I am only shipping to addresses within the United States.

At the current time, Etsy uses Pitney Bowes for USPS First Class letters and flats. The tracking for this type of service is often unreliable, and sometimes it never updates at all. I opt for this shipping method to save customers money, but I cannot guarantee accurate tracking with it.

Generally, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on handmade items as they are sold as-is. However, certain handmade items may be returnable, so please refer to a specific item's page for information on its return policy.

Please message me if you have an issue with any order. I will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

A return may be required depending on the issue.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom/made-to-order items unless there is a genuine manufacturing flaw with the product or another issue that is beyond the customer's control.

If the item arrives as-requested by the buyer, I am unable to guarantee returns or exchanges (e.g. if the buyer orders the wrong phone case size).

Some items are made with the help of on-demand production partners. These production partners are located out-of-state, so I do not see the final products before they are sent out. If they make a mistake with your order, I will do my best to fix it. I disclose which items are made with help in their listings.

If you only ordered stickers, they were likely shipped using Etsy's letter tracking service. Unfortunately, the tracking is often inaccurate, and orders are frequently marked as "delivered" 1-3 business days before they are actually delivered. They use Pitney Bowes tracking numbers and cannot be scanned with handheld scanners like real packages. If your sticker order does not arrive after a few business days, please let me know and I can replace it.

If you ordered something other than stickers and it did not arrive, please contact me as soon as possible.
