1. What data I collect

When you place an order, Etsy shares with me the data necessary to fulfil your purchase, including:

buyer’s first and last name

shipping address

email address (if Etsy provides it)

information about the items ordered

messages and details voluntarily provided for personalisation

I do not have access to buyers’ payment or card details – these are processed only by Etsy and the payment providers that work with Etsy.

2. Purposes of data processing

I process buyers’ data solely in order to:

fulfil and ship the order

contact the buyer about the order

prepare and dispatch the parcel

handle returns, exchanges and complaints

meet accounting and tax obligations

The data is not used for marketing outside Etsy and is not sold to third parties.

3. Legal bases

I process personal data on the basis of:

performance of a contract (your order),

legal obligations (for example accounting and tax law),

legitimate interests (such as customer service and order handling).

4. Data sharing

Buyer data may be shared only with entities necessary to complete the order:

courier and postal companies,

Etsy – as the platform handling payments and the order system,

accounting or bookkeeping services (in connection with sales documents).

I never share data for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

I store data related to your order:

for as long as needed to complete and deliver the order,

for the period required by applicable law (for example tax and accounting regulations),

in other cases – only as long as necessary to handle the order, returns or complaints.

6. Buyer rights

You have the right to:

access your personal data,

correct or update it,

request its deletion (in cases allowed by law),

restrict processing,

lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Any questions regarding personal data can be sent directly via Etsy Messages (“Contact seller”).

7. Cookies

This shop uses cookies managed by the Etsy platform.
I do not use any additional tracking tools other than those built into Etsy.
