Kathleen's turnaround was incredibly fast, but with impeccable attention to detail. She communicated with me throughout the entire process, brainstorming ideas and ways to tie my niece's nursery theme together as well as sending me sample fabric layouts. It was absolutely beautiful!! I was so skeptical to get it and see that the quality wasn't good, but on the contrary!! It was amazing. I searched up and down for something like this as a gift for my grandma who only carries multiple zippered wallets like this. Can you believe I can't find it anywhere!! It was so beautifully done. The only thing I would do differently next time is see if I can request my own pattern/color because this is more of my taste than my grandma lol but she loved it. I also loved the personalized card that came handwritten as well. You're amazing and I wish you all the best!
