I can usually accommodate a tweak to a current design (that does not change position of dating).

Depending on how busy I am, I may be able to accommodate bespoke requests (ie: inserts which are unique to your requirements and not something that will be added to my range). This will be taken on a case by case basis, depending on the complexity of the design and the time involved.
Note, bespoke designs are not available dated.

Please provide as much detail as possible when making your enquiry and I will advise if it's something I can take on.
For bespoke orders, there will be a one-off fee for my design time plus the cost of the inserts.
All bespoke designs will be kept on file so they can be repurchased in the future if needed.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible (preferably within 1 hour), bearing in mind my quick order turn around.
Purchases for digital products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

In most cases I will be happy to accept returns. However, as products are printed to order, returns are not accepted on dated items where the start date is imminent or has already passed.
For high value items such as dated daily inserts, I reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 50%.

ALL INSERTS ARE A5 SIZE. This is clearly stated in product listings. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their planner will fit A5 inserts before placing an order. Orders cannot be returned due to customer sizing error.

Planner inserts are refills for your organiser. A BINDER IS NOT INCLUDED. This is clearly stated on product pages and orders cannot be returned if you were incorrectly under the impression that a binder was included.

If a refund is agreed upon, this will be minus the original postage cost. The customer will fund the return of the goods and is responsible for ensuring products are packaged in such a way to avoid damage in transit.
Proof of postage must be obtained from the Post Office. In the event that returned goods are lost in transit, strictly no refund will be issued if proof of postage is not supplied.

If items are not returned in their original, re-sellable condition, the customer is liable for any loss in value which will be reflected in the amount, if any, that is refunded.

If your order has arrived damaged, you must provide photographs of the outer packaging prior to opening it, so a claim can be made with the delivery company.

If, in the event that Take Note Planner Co has made an error with your order, or goods arrive damaged, replacements will be sent.

Personalised items which are specially made (for example, with your choice of name or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold) cannot be returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check all personalisation ensuring it is correct before placing the order. Note, personalisation is printed exactly as submitted, and will not be checked for spelling or grammatical errors.

If you are unclear about any aspect of ordering my products, please contact me prior to placing your order with any questions you may have.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and I will do all I can to resolve any issues.
If a refund is agreed upon, goods must be sent back within 7 calendar days of our communication.

Products must not be returned without contacting me first.
Any goods returned without prior authorisation will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Take Note Planner Co cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to follow carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collect your package.
If goods are returned to Take Note Planner Co by the delivery company, I reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

If delivery is to a non-residential address or student accommodation, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the department receiving post, forwards your package to you.

Any customs/import duties levied once a package has reached its destination country are solely the customer's responsibility, and must be paid promptly to avoid goods being returned to the UK.
I reserve the right not to refund orders returned due to customer's refusal to pay tax/duties.
It is the customer's responsibility to research your country's tax laws before placing an order.
If a refund is agreed upon, this will be minus the original shipping charge and the fee charged by the carrier to return the goods.
