How do I download my files?
Your files will be available immediately after payment is confirmed.
If you have an Etsy account: Log in to Etsy > Go to 'Your Account' > Go to 'Purchases and Reviews' to download.
If you checked out as a Guest: Etsy will email you the download link in your receipt. Remember to check your spam/junk folder!
Please note that the Etsy mobile app does not currently support digital downloads. To download your files, please log in to Etsy via a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Will I receive a physical product?
Our resources are digital downloads only. You will not receive any physical product or printed copy by mail.
Once purchased, the files are typically delivered as high-resolution PDF files, which can be opened using free programs like Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can print these files easily from your home/office computer or take the files to any local or online print shop.
Can I edit these files myself?
To protect our work, these are non-editable PDFs. However, customizations are welcome! If you need a different word or a localized spelling, just send us a message. We’re happy to tweak the wording so the resource is exactly what you and your child need.
Can I share these files with my colleagues or friends?
Each purchase comes with a single-user license. This means you are welcome to print and use these resources as many times as you need for your own children, your students, or your individual therapy clients.
