Awesome personalized gift! I purchased a gold #flawless bracelet as a gift for my best friend (and huge Beyonce fan) who loves it and has worn it every day since. Emily was communicative, double checked my order with me, and turn around the bracelet quickly. It even came with a nice note from her. I'll definitely be recommending her site and I plan on ordering more for other friends and family in the future!

Communication wasn't the best regarding get tracking my item. Seller did not provide a tracking number. The item does not finished. It's not a smooth round cuff. And the edges were not smoothed out. It was far from the picture shown in the item. I'm disappointed.

I ordered the product with about a month for it to get here before the holidays and I have still received very little information about the status of my product. Some communication would have been nice. Very sad for my friend who would have loved her bracelet which was an ode to her dog that has passed. Was supposed to be here for secret Santa exchange but I will have to think of something else.
