Custom and personalized orders
After you have placed your order for a custom or personalized item we will send you a message via Etsy Convo or E-mail within 24 hours asking for the information needed to create your order. If you do not receive this message please contact us and we will send you the questions needed for your order. If you have ordered a custom mug, laminated print, or framed print, you will receive an image to approve via e-mail or Etsy convo prior to shipping.
Sizing details
All of our mugs are 11 oz ceramic coffee mugs with white coating and a sublimated image.
All of our prints are formatted to fit a standard sheet of paper 8.5 x 11 inches. Newspaper prints are created in "Portrait" format and Year In History Prints / Anniversary Prints are created in "Landscape" format.
Care instructions
Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are sublimated with a non-fade image onto an FDA-approved coating.
They are ceramic and can break if dropped so we do still recommend handling them with care.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our mugs come in a white gift box with a decorative label on the top. We do not offer gift-wrapping.
If you wish to send the item as a gift you can contact us and ask us to include a custom note and remove the receipt from the package.

Digital Download Prints
Our digital download JPEG prints are available for immediate download after placing your order. We do not make changes on these prints nor do we add customization. They come as shown in the example image but without the watermarking. You can edit them on your own with image editing software if desired.
