Thanks for taking a moment to learn more about me.
My name is Terrie Marcoe, and I've had a strong creative drive from my earliest memories.
In this shop, you'll see a few categories of my work. The main section is my designer cabochons, which are used in my own jewelry pieces and also sold to other artists looking for high quality semi-precious gemstones for use in their own projects.
I focus on American-mined Picture Jaspers from the western regions of the United States. You'll see amazing miniature landscapes within the stones, all naturally formed in the mineral composition of the rock! I love all the various Owyhee Jaspers, and am also very fond of Willow Creek Jasper, Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper, Deschutes and Biggs Jaspers, Blue Mountain and Blue Dream Jaspers, and so many others.
I cut these stones from templates of my own design, which I also offer for sale in the shop, so other lapidary artists can incorporate these unique shapes into their offerings.

As the images above tell you, I've taken the Tiny House route as a path for living, with a small cabin in the woods for half the year. When it is cold in upstate New York, I travel the desert southwest as a van dweller. For sure I sometimes miss having a studio space where I can leave materials out as I work through projects, but there is something to be said for being more organized and intentional during creative sessions.
