5 out of 5 starsI LOVE IT! I bought it for the renaissance faire, but lets be honest, it’s way to cute for only a few days out of the year. And I work in a plant nursery. I love that it’s the perfect size to hold by little notebook and phone, and it’s a LEAF! I got several compliments on it today and I couldn’t be more excited to wear it for the rest of the season.

Custom and personalized orders
I can sometimes do a modification to a design, such as changing the length of a belt or necklace, but I am not doing custom designs these days. If you need a simple alteration for your size please convo me before ordering and I'll be happy to help. Everything shown is already completed and ready to ship. I like shipping within 24 hours of your order usually.
Sizing details
Please see the details section of the listing for measurements on all designs. I want you to get a great fit so I use specific measurements rather than general overall sizing. Rather than asking if it fits a "size 12" please measure yourself to get the best possible fit. If you don't have a tape measure you can use a piece of string, then lay it next to a ruler, or use a standard piece of printer paper as a guide. Standard printer paper is 8 1/2 x 11 inches, so you can work with those increments. I'm all about the inches, that's the best way to know if things will fit you.
Care instructions
For clothing I recommend cold water and line drying/drip drying rather than the dryer. This is the most eco way to launder and also the kindest to quality fibers. Utility belts can be cleaned with a damp washcloth or hand washed if necessary. Jewelry is best cleaned by rubbing with a soft polishing cloth, avoid abrasives.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am happy to hand write a gift tag or special occasion card for your order. This takes time but I do enjoy making things special for people. Everything is attractively packaged with ribbon string and a greeting slip. I never include payment invoices - if you do need one the info is in your etsy account. Gift wrapping is available as an added option during checkout.
How soon will I get it?
You will get it so fast! Everything is ready to ship and I like shipping within 24 hours of most orders - let the instant gratification begin : ) I'm shipping from Oregon via US mail. If you are within the States packages should arrive in just a few days. The checkout process allows you to pay for upgrades to priority or priority express mail. Tracking is sent to you for every order and you can find it in your shop account attached to the order.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide, but please remember that your country may tax your package on arrival. I recommend googling your country's import taxes or asking friends about their experiences. I'd be happy to do anything to make this process smoother, but please know I am unable to mark a package as gift (everyone would if they could), I cannot change the value on an order and I am unable to contact your country's customs agents. International tracking is sent to your account. If your tracking shows the package has reached your country but not yet been delivered I recommend contacting your post office or customs as they may have failed to notify you.
Return policy
I accept returns shipped within 14 days after you have received the item. It's essential that the piece be 100% unworn and free from animal hair. It's fabulous how many of us are blessed to have furry friends, but please be meticulous with the lint roller before returning. Any item that ships for free also has a 10% restocking fee. Items under 35.00 should not have this fee - the refund is for the full item price, excluding shipping cost. If you have any issues with your item please convo me! Many snags have been happily and easily resolved though communication. My goal is for artist and customer to be satisfied together. Your delight is my joy : )
Missing packages
Yikes! Once in a blue moon I hear from a customer whose package was stolen after delivery. This is tragic. If you think you are in a high risk situation for your mail please convo me before ordering to arrange to purchase insurance. I have seen issues of missing packages resolved by ~ checking with neighbors, room mates, family, or checking the depths of the mail box. Tracking is sent to you for every order and you can find it in your shop account attached to the order. If tracking says your package was delivered, yet it's missing, please ask your mail carrier or post office. I keep shipping prices very low and therefor do not add insurance unless it's requested and purchased. The vast majority of packages arrive with no problems.
Right to Refuse Service
I truly want all my customers to be happy but on a rare occasion it appears that artist and buyer will not be a good match. Part of the beauty of Etsy is connecting customers with actual artists, a rare thing in the era of box stores. But artists are people, without the infrastructure of corporations. We get sick or overbooked, we take time off for Thanksgiving dinner. (Conversely, I can also answer messages when I randomly wake up in the middle of the night) I appreciate ALL of my customers and want everyone to be happy sharing a piece of my vision, something I've worked hard on. But if the interaction starts to feel not right, I use the right to refuse service.

Shipping problems
I ship by USPS and find US postal to be excellent. Once in a great while something can go wrong and USPS may lose or delay a package. The official policy is that the seller is not responsible, however, I will do my best to make a solution that works for both of us in the unfortunate event that USPS loses a shipment. If you choose to open a case with Etsy I will instead agree with the Etsy official decision. I do my best to create solutions. I want everyone to be taken care of. Standard shipping does not include insurance (available as an added cost.) Priority shipping offers 50.00 worth of insurance coverage. If you choose to open a case with Etsy then I am required to meet with the Etsy decision and relinquish any previous offer I've made.
