Can I receive my order within 3–4 days of placing it?
Focal beads are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. If you contact me before ordering, I may be able to expedite processing and ship as soon as the next business day. However, delivery times depend on USPS and cannot be guaranteed once the package has been shipped.
Made-to-order items generally take up to 2 weeks to arrive. These products are created through a print-on-demand partner, which requires production time before shipping.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing so I can determine whether expedited processing and delivery are possible.
Can I request a custom design or personalize a design?
Absolutely, but only for made-to-order items (not focal beads)! We love creating unique, personalized designs. Send us a message with your ideas, organization, colors, and any specific details you'd like included.
For made-to-order items, yes, in most cases. We can often customize names, chapter information, crossing years, event names, and other details.
Please include all customization information in the personalization box at checkout or send us a message through Etsy after placing your order.
Can I see a proof before my item is made?
