I am "Tangled Up In Art"
One day in the fall of 2010, I stumbled upon Zentangle and it was love at first sight.
I became a Certified Zentangle Teacher in January 2011. It has been a whirlwind, joyful journey ever since. I've taught Zentangle to kids, adults, and seniors in schools, art studios, homes, and coffee shops. I've even led a spiritual retreat and been invited to share Zentangle tips with fellow CZTs at national conferences around the US.
In addition to teaching in person, I've written 3 Zentangle books:
Made in the Shade: a Zentangle Workbook - an intermediate book that teaches the finer aspects of shading
Seeing Stars: a Zentangle Constellation - an e-book for anyone, tanglers or not. Finished art and pages to color, inspirational quotes, and a chance to help the hungry.
Pattern Play: a Zentangle Creativity Workout - a book suitable for both beginners and experienced tanglers. Want to look at your favorite tangles in new ways? Need inspiration? This is your book.
